Following on from my ‘balloon’ thread, I have been researching the 800 plan and 5:2 diet.
I still work full time in a physical job so although I don’t think I could function on the low calorie days, I am interested to find some really low calorie dinners.
Many years ago I followed WW and really enjoyed a low calorie/low fat prawn recipe. It was simple and quick and I’d like to find it.
I can only remember two ingredients, prawns and baby leeks and maybe spinach or maybe pak choi?
I have looked online and can’t find it anywhere. Does anyone have any old books they could skim through please?
This would probably be early 2000’s?
