Wanted to get people's views on clothes steamers versus steam irons for the best results with clothes? I have a small steamer but thinking of investing in a bigger one.

There's lots of pros and cons on the web but it would be great to hear on here what people think, thanks

I think you may find that people are not the slightest bit interested, actually.
In steaming or ironing.

Ooo MissA.
Are you suggesting we’re all at gin palaces or pole dancing!
Chance would be a fine thing? 😉

I don’t even iron, never mind steaming.

Wouldn't it just! wink

I meant that a lot of people realise that the sky won't fall in on them if they don't spend hours at an ironing board.

Also, I suspect this is post smells a bit... well... spammy.

matthew23lb are you a new housewife ? You don’t weigh very much a bit of a lightweight
I don’t steam and very rarely iron much, my clothes come out pretty creasefree

Never used a steamer in my life....iron the bare minimum

I recently bought new curtains hung them expecting the creases to go. They remained so I thought I would try a steamer rather than take them down to iron. Purchased from Amazon not heavy to use and it did the job so I will be keeping it.
