Yes, I know the situation, but their service has hugely deteriorated. This time last year, they were great. Now? They can't get anything right.

They are in Administration and were about to be taken over by Octopus, but this was halted as there was a legal challenge by some other energy companies.

Your money will be safe, but it's frustrating that you can't access it!

Is anyone else here having problems with Bulb?

I'd developed a large credit balance with them, which they wouldn't refund (2 months, 6 phone calls, a compaint) until after I'd contacted the Ombudsman.

NOW they're not taking my monthly DD to cover my bill.

There are so many complaints online about them. I don't understand why this isn't in the media.
