Is anyone else here having problems with Bulb?
I'd developed a large credit balance with them, which they wouldn't refund (2 months, 6 phone calls, a compaint) until after I'd contacted the Ombudsman.
NOW they're not taking my monthly DD to cover my bill.
There are so many complaints online about them. I don't understand why this isn't in the media.
