Ever since I got up this morning my ears feel blocked . Head feels heavy lot of lightheadedness ( no head cold though) nauseous. I expect it’s just another of these weird viruses anyone had this recently ?

No, but I started the same thing yesterday and feel thoroughly floored by it. Almost certainly a virus which will run its course, I suspect. Remember having something very similar years ago and it went of its own accord.
