You have a lovely neighbour Esmay, one to treasure without a doubt.
We have some great neighbours too. There's quite a range of age groups here and although we "don't live in one another's pockets" we all know we can reach out for help when necessary.
The start of lockdown served to strengthen the community spirit I am sure and we all shared, swapped and gifted all manner of things from flour to vinegar to first aid dressings.
As a child I recall being sent next door to borrow sugar or maybe a couple of eggs but in turn my Dad, being a mechanic, was always happy to help fix neighbours car, lawnmowers etc.
