Hello,
Can anyone offer advice regarding the hire of mobility scooters and getting them to/from hotels/the park please?

I've spent hours on websites but it's tricky to unscramble it. Has anyone actually done this?
How did it work out?

If someone is mobile but can only walk short distances is there a workable alternative?

Thank you.

You can get a pass which you show to go to the front of the queue once in the park. Our DD2 used it when she had put her back out (dance teacher!). The whole family were able to accompany her without queueing. I don't know about scooters, but some of the hotels are a fair way out

I've quickly looked at a few websites for you, and they all seem to deliver the scooter to your hotel. Can you get in touch with the hotel to organise in advance and to ask how it works getting to and from?

Thanks Joseann I think you have to get it there yourself from what I've read.
I've been round in circles including the Disney "help" sites.
Will have to revisit it I know and probably just dedicte (say) a weekend to it. I just thought someone may have done it with family.

Limited walking is OK but not the whole lot.
