Crepey skin on arms

I think Cocoa Butter (some of which is as cheap as chips) is just as good!

Not sure about dreams I just use a supermarket brand baby lotion. . I did notice my arms went more crepy when I lost weight. I do Pilates with little hand weights now which I think helps a bit. You can use bottles of shampoo or water if you haven’t got weights and there are lots of videos for free on line. If it doesn’t help the crepy arms it’s strengthening them which is no bad thing as you get older
