I use a laptop and have had problems for about 5 days the laptop also gets very hot.

Constatntly, having difficulty posting from a desk, laptop. The 'post' button goes pink but doesn't post for anything from 5 secs to never.

Hi all

Can we ask what devices and browsers you're using, and can you possibly get us some screenshots so that we can see the errors?

We're keen to get to the bottom of this but we need as much information as possible.

Also, has anyone cleared their cache? If not, please do try - we were having some similar issues on Mumsnet during the week and refreshing our caches seemed to fix it.

I often give up. Might be why there are so few new posts lately.

It could be.

Like when a bus service becomes erratic and unreliable.
Then the company says they'll discontinue that service because people aren't using it.
Hmm.

Yes, I double posted on an earlier thread, but this wasn’t intentional. I kept clicking post, and it wasn’t posting on my screen just seemed frozen, and when I refreshed the page, it had posted twice, I also noticed other posters appear to be having the same issue.

Yes I posted in a thread nothing at all happened I waited quite a little while then I posted it again and both went through together as if the second one pushed the first one through

GN seems to be really slow to upload posts tonight and I've had the Gateway Error several times too. It feels as though it's steam operated! Anyone else experiencing similar problems?
