This survey is about the preparations for saying a final goodbye to loved ones or the preparations you might have considered for your own future farewell.

The survey will take around 10 mins to complete but you can come back to it at any time.

This survey is badly constructed. It is looking for particular responses. So, for example, it asks what the benefits are of cremation but not of burial. It gives you very poor choices all the way through. Who on earth has written the questions?
