Sorry if this is a ramble….
Bit of history, i am 51 this month, 3 years ago had heavy constant bleeding, had scans which showed womb lining was too thick, had a pipelle biopsy which thankfully was all clear, GP put me on Desogestrel, no bleeding since, however, since turning 50 been feeling the signs of menopause, blood test FHS showed level of 35, GP suggested HRT, Elleste duo conti, which i started 9 weeks ago, within a few days i was feeling what i can only describe as my ovaries ‘catching’ when i moved and for the last few days its constant pain, like im getting a period but don’t.

Anyone else have this issue, not sure i can go on like this, would rather have the anxiety, flushes etc!
Cant get so much as a telephone appointment but do have my 3 month review coming in a few weeks… so, any suggestions or thoughts?
Thankyou all so much x

Have you been checked for endometriosis?

OakDryad No I haven’t, my scan didnt show any of it indeed can be seen via scan, a 4mm fibroid was found in my womb but was told it was negligible. When i have my review i shall ask about it. Just think its odd the pain has started with the start of HRT
