Well it’s pretty much cooked now ?

How did it turn out?

Oh dear! Senior moment! Could you crumble it up, add some oats or nuts etc and a little egg, a little oil and SR flour and bake it again... sort of like a brownie?
Or else it may be fine as it is as a dense brownie type thing ... perhaps with some chocolate butter icing?

No it’s in the food waste bin it came out of the tins as a crumbly mess which to add insult to injury went over the floor as I tipped them out.
??? so bloody annoyed with myself not only wasted ingredients and electricity I was looking forward to a slice covered in butter cream. ?

But think of the frivolous calories you have saved tanith.

You can eat an apple or banana instead, and feel very virtuous!

Not long ago I did something equally ? - was supposed to be making fairy cakes for a fundraiser at Gdcs’ school - realised a few minutes after they’d gone in the oven that I’d put the mix in 2 sandwich tins instead!
Had to start again - and go for out for more eggs.
