Had an email this week from B&Q advising that they are making changes to their Diamond discount cards.
In future the discount will only apply to Gardening products! So nipping down the road for a new washing line or paving slabs is now a trek round all the stores looking for best prices!
It was working well, so why do they feel the need to tinker with it? Or am I just being suspicious that now several branches of Homebase have closed, they no longer feel the need to beat their competitors?
